Ballito Junction – Flanagan & Gerard 

In our last commercial property chat we spoke about property cycles and development trends in a developing area. It is obvious that we are clearly based in one of the fastest growing nodes in the country and understand that there is still so much to come!

Today we have as our guest Pat Flanagan & John Holley, of the Ballito Junction Centre, our very own regional shopping centre presently under reconstruction! As it stands now, the Ballito Junction is about 9000 sqm consisting of approximately 30 shops.  The new Ballito Junction will be about 85 000 sqm with around 180 shops.  This is roughly 10 times the size of the existing structure.
