Building B, accessible internally from A, offers a higher eave height and two significant roller shutter doors along its eastern facade. A receiving and dispatch office nearby support s warehouse operations. The central double-storey office component includes management facilities, ablution areas, a kitchen, and change rooms, with additional offices and meeting facilities on the first floor.
Roller shutter doors around the warehouses facilitate easy movement of products and materials into the expansive yard, which features ample parking and sufficient space for vehicle maneuvering. Previously, part of the site hosted a building supply yard and outdoor section with shade net coverings, accessible through two distinct entrances off a service road parallel to Ballito Drive.
