iLembe district Mayor Welcome Mdabe congratulates John Hatfield of Robow Developments on breaking ground for the construction of Monte Carlo, a new commercial development being built next to the N2 in Ballito.  ComProp-Ballito and Judith Guthrie Properties have secured a 10 year lease at Monte Carlo with Tradelius & Co, a large musical company for 2000m² of warehousing, offices and showroom. Another long-term lease is in place with Paperlogic for the manufacture of industrial paper.
